By exploring your very musical nature our courses will help you find, embrace and develop your true music and unique musical voice.

  • With a small group of fellow musicians and songwriters, we will explore a variety of topics and techniques that will help you develop your songwriting, composition and identity as a music artist.

    Each person will have the chance to share their music, receive constructive, non-judgemental feedback, and learn a variety of tools to help cultivate and nurture your music vision.

    The workshop will be held as a hybrid online and in-person course. In-person sessions will be held in Shoreditch, London. Details will be sent out via email after signing up.

    The 6-week Artist Development Course will begin on Monday, (TBC) and continue every Monday evening until (TBC). There will be an additional performance showcase where you will be able to perform your songs and material to your peers and the public.

    The full price of the course is £210 to be paid by TBC. Fill out the form opposite to sign up and bank details will be sent to you via email to make the payment.

    Payments must be made before starting or continuing with the course.

Online Workshop

Translate your Emotions into Music, TBC.

Discover the tools to create music that is true expression of your emotions. Discover the foundations and infinite possibility of Music Harmony.

  • In this workshop, we will explore the tools to create music that is true expression of our emotions.

    We will explore and discover the foundations and infinite possibility of Music Harmony.

    We will explore and discover the foundations and infinite possibility of Music Harmony, including the fundamental scales used in Popular Music, the effect of specific intervals, 3 note chords, 7th chords. We will look at alternative voicings and classic chord progressions.

    You will learn and define a method to translate your unique emotions into your own sounds and music.

Guitar Workshop

Explore and Master your guitar playing. TBC

Date TBC, (10.00 am to 2.00 pm, 6 sessions, every Sunday), SE London location.

Explore the guitar and discover its infinite potential for personal expression, from improvisation to accompaniment and composition.

Intermediate level, from Blues to Rock and Jazz.

£150 total (£25 per session)

  • In these sessions you will learn the foundations of Blues, Rock and Jazz. By the end of the 6 weeks course you will have a solid understanding of the guitar techniques needed to develop your sound.

    Scales, Chords, Intervals, Harmony and Ear Training applied to the Guitar, Picking Techniques, Repertoire Development, Improvisation, Tone Development, Group Playing, Performance Skills, and more…

Your teacher

Marco Piccioni

Marco is a recording/performing artist, artist development coach and founder of the London Music Artist Academy.

He has released two solo albums with his band Marco & The Freedivers, and worked with artists such as Julia Biel, Cleveland Watkiss, Fiona Ross and Dele Sosimi. He has taught and coached music artists for over 20 years, such as Nilufer Yania, Connie Campsie, The Lost Hours, and many more.
